Directions to First Presbyterian Church, Burlington, NC

(508 West Davis Street)

From Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, etc.:

Plan 1: Take Interstate 40/85 to Exit 143 (Burlington /Alamance - Hwy. 62). Go Left (North) across the interstate and remain on Alamance Rd. (Hwy. 62) about 2 miles until it dead-ends into S. Church Street (Hwy. 70). Go right about 2 miles until you reach Davis St. (1 block past Maple Ave.). Turn left. The church building is a large red brick structure with a tall steeple on your left. This most convenient place to park is the lot behind the church.

Plan 2: Take Wendover Ave. to the east (Hwy. 70 as you leave Greensboro). Continue on Hwy. 70. At Burlington it becomes S. Church Street. Stay on Church Street until you reach what we call Downtown, and take a left at Davis Street, and proceed as above.

From Raleigh, Fayetteville, Lumberton, etc.:  

Take Interstate 40/85 to the first Burlington exit (Hwy. 49). Take a right. Hwy. 49 becomes Maple Ave. Follow Maple Ave. through what we call downtown. Keep going as straight as you can although the name of the road changes near Church Street. After you cross Church Street, the church building is a large red brick structure with a tall steeple on the left, just before you reach Davis Street. You may want to take a short-cut into the back parking lot from there.

From Reidsville:  

Take Hwy. 87 to Burlington. Go left where 87 intersects Webb Ave. Take Webb about 3 miles to Fisher (just at the edge of downtown). Go right to Davis (a block or 2). The church is on the left. The best place to park will be behind the church.
